The Hive Honey is a personal project I created for a farm brand that offers local, raw honey and bee pollen, sourced from their own honey bees right on the farm. Their hives are located near the flower fields, where the pollinators have access to a variety of native plants that bloom spring through autumn. Which means that the honeys can vary in color, smell and flavor depending on which flowers the bees have been collecting from. As more than just a delectable treat, honey offers an array of health benefits and is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. So whether drizzled over a stack of pancakes, stirred into a cup of tea, used as a sweetener, or eaten by the spoonful, honey is a delicious addition to anyones day!
